Company

Green Scape Coir Exports and one of the largest manufacturers & exporters of coir products from Sri Lanka. Green Scape Coir Exports is registered as a Limited Liability company under the companies Act No. 07 of 2007 and the company top management is professionally qualified in marketing, accountancy, IT, and all engineering disciplines. The company has been in the coir industry since 2000 and has gained goodwill and a credible position in the International Market. Coming from the coconut triangle of Sri Lanka, the company has always been a part of eco-friendly product manufacturing in the country.

Products

At present the Company is capable of producing a wide range of coir dust and coir fiber products as mentioned in the Products page. All the Products are manufactured from clean cocopeat and fiber being processed at every stage by expert staffs. They can be produced as a 100% natural material without any other bonding or synthetic materials backing to give extra strength to the product.

Facilities

Green Scape Coir Exports in-house production facility consists of the most modern machineries for Baling, Briquetting, Grow bag Manufacturing, Twine Manufacturing and pots manufacturing. In addition most efficient technologies are being used in operations like drying, blending, packing. Green Scape Coir Exports also has strong R&D department, design studio and a highly experienced workforce.

Its stringent quality control process matches the manufacturing strength. From the procurement of raw coir dust / fiber to finished product, Green Scape Coir Exports strict quality inspection with Total Quality Management (TQM) ensures that the customers received only zero defect material.

Exports

Green Scape Coir Exports has big monthly production capacity for Grow Bags, Cocopeat Bags, Briquetts, Cocopeat Bales, Cocopeat Disc, and Coir Mats. Products are currently exported to East Asia, Europe, USA, Australia & the Middle East countries. Green Scape Coir Exports is also geared to develop products to individual customer specifications.

Location

Green Scape Coir Exports factory is located at Kuliyapitiya within the coconut triangle in Sri Lanka. The nearest port is Colombo, which is 45km south. The Katunayake International Airport is just 60km away. The nearest towns are Negambo and Kurunegala, which are well connected by road and rail.
